At Wardrobes Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your storage solutions, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all standard-sized products in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built wardrobe systems are made to order and are only eligible for return in the event of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your wardrobe components in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware, tracks, and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will schedule a specialized furniture courier to collect the items from your address, or provide you with a drop-off label for smaller accessories.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
